The care home is a three-storey, purpose-built facility featuring advanced M&E systems, specialist healthcare infrastructure, and durable finishes suited to long-term residential care. The building includes communal spaces, medical treatment areas, commercial-grade kitchens, staff offices, and landscaped outdoor areas—all constructed to meet strict healthcare and safety standards.

Adjacent to the care home, the 32 retirement apartments are housed in a separate residential block built with energy efficiency and contemporary design in mind. These units feature high-performance insulation, modern heating systems, and stylish interiors, with full compliance to the latest building regulations and sustainability guidelines.
