Completed in August 2025, our new 76-bed Perdiswell Care Home project in Worcester showcases our expertise in delivering high-quality, purpose-built care facilities.

Constructed to a high specification, the development features luxury en-suite bedrooms, a hair salon, gym, and a range of modern communal spaces designed for comfort and accessibility. The building’s design combines traditional brickwork with contemporary detailing, creating a warm and welcoming environment.

Sustainability was central to the build, with the project achieving BREEAM certification for its environmental performance. Energy-efficient systems, high-quality materials, and meticulous attention to detail ensure long-term durability and reduced operational impact.
